Is it possible for streamer not to autodump listeners when switching between live and recorded video feeds? If its not, is there a way that it can be added in the newest version when it gets released?

Streamer has no way to keep what you are feeding to it from stopping. Evidently what you are using to send the stream to Streamer is pausing a bit when you make the switch.
