Any help using sam for broadcasting please.
Have downloaded sam2 and the winamp plug in but cant get it to broadcast.
Any SAM users for help please.

winamp , matter of fact most the pluggings for sam 2 cost for a key to unlock them

i dont use sam 1.3 for audiorealm only for streamer (automation) and i use it with winamp as the player and sqaure soft pugglin for winamp with shoutcast dsp sending streamers to streamer etc

are you using sam 2? Sam 2 is easy, simply go to the window tab and select encoders. Then click the + sign to add an encoder, select the stream type (Ogg or MP3) then select the converter settings. Under server details the select icecast1 NOT ICECAST 2 IP should be localhost server port the same as streamer (8000 by default) and the password the same as in streamer . the mount point should be /o.ogg leave the rest of the fields as they are. SAM dont work for OGG right now.

There seem to be an incompatibility with Streamer.

Iain will have to look why.

Work ok for mp3 and mp3PRO.
