 Post subject: Video Encoding Speed Reminder

When you select the encoding speed, remember to keep the speed below 128 kbs. The target speed should be 100 kbs.

Most ISP's in the united states cap upload bandwidth to 128 kbs.

If you exceed 128 kbs, you limit your available audience.
