Only if you enable unicast. Streamer can also provide a unicast stream (like a shoutcast or icecast server). Streamer is a P2P streaming network. A normal audio player can't handle the P2P protocol.

You are the green dot in the center. Your upstream Bandwidth is limited so you probably can serve two or three unicast listeners only (depends on stream kbps and your upstream bandwidth). With P2P you can serve unlimited listeners.

Enable "Global unicast", read the documentation what the % values mean. You also have to forward the TCP Audio Port in your router config (in use field). Else unicast listeners can't connect to your unicast stream.
