Commercial use
Streamer is free for non-commercial use. Commercial users can license the
use of Streamer for a monthly, quarterly or yearly fee. If you have a
special situation, custom programming is also available. Contact us for more
information.
Commercial users can use Streamer for their streaming needs at a fraction of
the cost of other commercially available streaming solutions.
You can also relay your existing streaming connection (mp3 or ogg) In fact,
if you wish to keep your existing streaming service, that's no problem!! You
can still run Streamer to take over for you when your normal servers become
full. Streamer is a small (350k) client that is a snap for your users to
install!
Unlimited connections - The more listeners you get, the more bandwidth you
get.. something only a p2p streaming network can offer. This makes Streamer
the most cost-effective choice you can make for your streaming needs. In
fact, if you want to try Streamer on a month-to-month lease before you
commit to a longer term, you can do that too!
You don't need a huge connection to broadcast in near FM quality! Most DSL
or cable connections available work quite nicely for delievering an AM
(modem) and/or a FM (DSL or cable) quality service to your listeners.
Streamer is flexable in handling whatever streaming rates you need to
provide!
Streamer counts listeners and can report them by xml/http. It's the only p2p
streaming server that we know of that provides real-time Average Quarter
Hour (AQH) tabulated ratings over the last 24 hours. A graph of listeners of
your Streamer broadcast is provided on your customized ratings page by
clicking on the AQH rating for your station!
To add a listen link to your website couldn't be any easier. We provide you
with links or even a listen live page that has the links on it so your
listeners can just click a button to install then listen! Once your
listeners have Streamer installed they can just punch the link and your
stream will start playing. It's just that simple!
If you find that you want a separate network independant of other
broadcasters that use Streamer, we can do that too. Be sure to let us know
if you need this additional service. If you request a seperate network the
listener connects using your URL and their copy of Streamer will only see
your network of stations in their Streamer station list. The website links
build into the program will send them to your website!!. Your corporate
offices or whomever you want can have the same station monitoring web site
statistics that you see here! Broadcasting corporations can monitor their
individual stations status, as mentioned above, and also look at their
overall network totals by clicking on the word Status at the top of the
station list. By having a seperate network listeners can have other
selections to listen to within the group for other selections of formats
within your group without venturing off to other streaming stations not
owned by your company.
For these and too many other reasons to count, Streamer p2p is your most
cost-effective, reliable solution for your streaming needs. With all of it's
